2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Entrants must hold a valid motorcycle licence appropriate for track riding.
2.3 Employees of the Organiser, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3.1 This is a skill-based competition and is not a game of chance.
3.2 To enter, all participants must correctly answer a skill-based question.
3.3 The skill-based question is designed to require a degree of knowledge or judgement such that not all entrants will answer correctly.
3.4 Entries with incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw.
5.1 The competition will close when all 2,000 paid entries are sold or on 12th June 2026, whichever occurs first.
5.2 Entries received after this time will not be valid.
6.1 The winner will receive the “Slick Moto Ultimate Experience,” including:
6.2 The motorcycle will be transferred to the winner following confirmation of the win.
7.1 Upon transfer of ownership, the winner is solely responsible for all ongoing costs associated with the motorcycle, including but not limited to maintenance, servicing, insurance, storage, and any applicable taxes or legal requirements.
7.2 The winner may select any four (4) events from the Organiser’s 2027 event calendar once released. Event dates and locations are subject to availability.
7.3 All event bookings are based on single rider occupancy only. Should the winner wish to upgrade to a rider plus non-rider package, any additional costs must be paid by the winner.
7.4 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
7.5 The £1,000 Motorcycle Race Parts credit is subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions and has no cash alternative.
7.6 All experience elements of the prize must be used within the 2027 season unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organiser.
8.1 All correct entries (including free postal entries) will be entered into a random draw.
8.2 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
8.3 The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
8.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
All entries into the competition are final and non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If you believe you have been charged in error or have made a duplicate entry payment, you must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction. Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded in full.
In the event that the competition is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or materially altered (including a significant change to the advertised prize), entrants will be offered either:
– a full refund, or
– the option to transfer their entry to a replacement competition (where applicable).
If the competition does not reach the minimum number of entries required for it to proceed, we reserve the right to:
– extend the competition duration, or
– cancel the competition and issue a full refund to all entrants.
No refunds will be issued to entrants who are disqualified or found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], including full name, transaction details, and reason for the request.
9.1 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
9.2 The winner must sign a Prize Acceptance & Ownership Transfer Form prior to receiving the prize.
11.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, unless they explicitly opt out in writing.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
13.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
13.2 Any decision of the Organiser is final.
13.3 This competition is governed by English law.
